Advisory & governance
Risk management
Risk management connects an organisation’s vulnerabilities with its governance decisions. Monclar Group supports risk identification, mapping and analysis, followed by the selection of treatment and monitoring measures. The objective is to prioritise exposure, preserve business continuity and give decision-makers a clear basis for arbitration.
Our intervention
01
Risk mapping
Identify situations that could affect people, assets, sites and business continuity. The map takes account of vulnerabilities, dependencies, existing measures and available information. Assumptions are made explicit so decision-makers can compare risks, share a common understanding of exposure and focus resources on priorities.
02
Scenarios & impacts
Examine how an event could occur, spread and affect the organisation. Scenarios highlight human, operational, financial and reputational consequences as well as dependencies between activities. This analysis helps test priorities, prepare decisions under degraded conditions and identify issues that should feed crisis management.
03
Treatment plan
Define prevention, protection or continuity measures, then specify responsibilities, deadlines and monitoring criteria. Decisions remain with the organisation. The plan makes residual risks, decisions taken and the conditions for revisiting a choice, adapting resources or initiating crisis preparation visible.
