Prepare travel
Review the destination, routes, accommodation and mission constraints. Country-risk analysis is considered alongside the traveller profile and programme. This identifies periods of exposure, prepares instructions and defines the conditions that would justify adapting or postponing travel.

Coordinate local resources
Organise exchanges between the client, travelling teams and the local counterparts selected for the mission. Clarify responsibilities, communication resources and alert procedures in accordance with the local framework.

Adapt the security arrangement
Monitor changes in the environment during the mission according to the agreed arrangements and adjust planned measures. Prepare fallback or reorganisation options and alert thresholds for crisis-management decision-makers. Lessons learned inform subsequent travel and business continuity.
