A crisis requires decisions with incomplete information, under pressure and within short timeframes. Define the situations that justify an alert, the responsibilities involved and how the crisis cell is activated. Prepare decision channels, useful contacts and initial measures so everyone knows whom to mobilise, what information to share and what falls within their role.

Exercises & scenarios
Test teams against scenarios tailored to their activity. Exercises assess information escalation, decision-making and coordination between functions. Debriefing identifies difficulties and improvements required in the organisation, procedures and preparation of decision-makers.

Support during a crisis
Help decision-makers qualify information, prioritise urgent issues and prepare response options. Support is coordinated with internal teams and relevant advisers without replacing decision-makers. It contributes to action tracking, decision traceability and preparation for recovery.
