Event security
Monclar Sécurité, the operational entity of Monclar Group, prepares and directs event security arrangements in Paris and the Île-de-France region. Each arrangement is adapted to the venue, audience and level of exposure. From preparation through dismantling, the objective is to protect people and spaces while preserving the flow of the event, the quality of reception and the client’s reputation.
Our intervention

Risk analysis
Study the venue layout, access points, flows and sensitive phases of the event. Preparation takes account of the expected audience, exposed individuals and production constraints. Exchanges with the organiser and venue managers establish the main points of attention and priorities for the security arrangement.

Security arrangement design
Define positions, staffing, instructions and supervision for each phase. The organisation combines access control, surveillance and crowd-flow management with reception and production requirements. Missions and limits of responsibility are clarified before teams are deployed.

Operational supervision
Brief teams, monitor sensitive points and organise information reporting to supervisors. Operational supervision maintains the link with the organiser and relevant stakeholders, adapts resources as the situation evolves and records incidents useful for lessons learned.
